We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or service offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site functionality, scrape content in violation of these Terms, or use the site to transmit malware or harmful code.

4. Intellectual Property

Portfolio displays, case studies, and marketing references may feature completed work unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate content, brand assets, credentials, and approvals needed to complete projects. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines and may incur additional fees if agreed in the contract.

You represent that content you supply does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms, milestones, and accepted methods are outlined in each project proposal. Invoices are due according to the schedule specified in your agreement. Late payments may pause work until accounts are brought current.

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the specific contract. Deposits for work already performed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of every digital platform or third-party integration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7sphex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7sphex and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of deliverables, or content you provide that violates law or third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project relationship according to the termination clause in the applicable contract. We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
